Returns, Exchange & Guarantees

Uma Organics is confident that you will love these products as much as we do, but we also realise that people change their minds and situations can change over a very short time frame. 

As a small business, a fair returns policy is vital to our survival, so we ask that you keep the following in mind during the purchase process:

  • Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours (or next closest business day) of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please email store@umaorganics.com.au as soon as possible with “CANCEL ORDER” clearly in the subject line. Orders that are cancelled before they are shipped will incur no cost to the customer and the choice between a full refund to the customers nominated credit card or a store credit to the value of the original order will be offered.


  • If you receive your order and are unhappy with the product, we ask that you return them to us in their original state, condition & packaging within 30 days of original purchase. As per Australian Consumer Law we are unable to accept textile products that have been laundered, used, worn or soiled as returns. Customers wishing to return unused products will incur the cost of postage, and on return and inspection of the returned products a choice between a full refund (minus original shipping cost) or store credit to the value of the original order will be offered. Please email store@umaorganics.com.au to organise for a return of products that you wish to return with “RETURN ORDER” clearly in the subject line.


  • In the situation where the product you receive is defective, damaged, not as described or the wrong order, we ask that you email store@umaorganics.com.au with “DEFECTIVE ORDER” clearly in the subject line to arrange for a return at our expense.

  • Provided that they are cared for in the manner intended as set out by our care instructions, all of our products are covered by a 90 day guarantee against threadbaring & colour fading.
